During the active service period, commercially reasonable efforts will be used to facilitate outreach.

CULTPOP does not control, represent, or make decisions on behalf of any third-party artist, manager, or label.

Approval does not guarantee a feature, any third-party response, or results. All service payments are final and non-refundable once made.

If a feature is secured, CULTPOP will provide standard documentation to formalize the agreement between the relevant parties.

All communications are handled exclusively by CULTPOP while services are active.

Artist, manager, or label contact information will not be shared unless necessary to advance the service.
