During the active service period, commercially reasonable efforts will be used to facilitate outreach.

CULTPOP does not control, represent, or make decisions on behalf of any third-party artist, manager, or label.

Approval does not ensure a feature, any third-party response, or results, and all service payments are non-refundable once made.

If a feature is secured, CULTPOP will provide standard documentation to formalize the agreement between the relevant parties.

All communications are handled exclusively by CULTPOP while services are active.

Artist, manager, or label contact information is not shared unless necessary to advance the service.
